Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all individuals who register with, participate in, or otherwise engage with Super Star Football Club, including academy players, parents and guardians, senior team members, volunteers, and event attendees.

Academy places are offered free of charge at the Club's discretion, subject to trial assessment and availability within an age group. Enrollment requires a parent or legal guardian to provide accurate registration information and to consent on behalf of any player under 18.

The Club reserves the right to suspend or end a player's participation in the event of a serious breach of the Code of Conduct, non-attendance without communication, or where continued participation would not be in the player's best interest.

Fixture dates, kick-off times and venues published on this website are subject to change due to league scheduling, weather, or circumstances outside the Club's control. Where applicable, ticket or entry conditions for specific events will be communicated separately.

Where the Club sells merchandise, sponsorship packages, or accepts donations, all payments are processed in good faith and, unless otherwise stated, are non-refundable once goods or services have been provided.

All players, parents, coaches, and supporters are expected to behave with respect and good sportsmanship at all times, both on and off the pitch, in line with the Club's core values of diversity, teamwork, respect, accountability, and peace.

Abusive, discriminatory, or violent conduct towards players, officials, opponents, or staff will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Club or the relevant event.

The Club may photograph or film training sessions, matches, and club events for use on our website, social media channels, and promotional materials. Parents or guardians of players under 18 may withdraw consent for their child's image to be used by contacting the Club in writing; we will remove existing published images within a reasonable time where practicable.

Football is a physical sport and carries an inherent risk of injury. Players, parents, and guardians participate in training, matches, and Club activities at their own risk. The Club takes reasonable care for player welfare but does not accept liability for injuries sustained during normal play, except where caused by the Club's negligence.

The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes affecting active members will be communicated where reasonably possible.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Sudan and are subject to the regulations of the Bor Local Football Association and the South Sudan Football Association (SSFA) where applicable.
