The session was designed primarily around recovery and player conditioning, while also incorporating targeted drills addressing some of the key areas identified from the team's opening match.
The technical team used the session to work on specific aspects of the team's performance, with emphasis on correcting errors, improving coordination and strengthening areas that require further attention ahead of the next fixture.
